  • Sellers are responsible for processing orders and adhering to shipping options, including same-day, or next-day delivery.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Surf deducts platform fees automatically from each sale. Sellers authorize these deductions by listing products on the Website.

  • Sellers are responsible for applicable taxes and compliance with local regulations.

5. Compliance and Responsibilities

  • Sellers must comply with all relevant laws and ensure product safety, accuracy, and intellectual property rights.

  • Sellers guarantee ownership or licensing rights for all uploaded content.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

  • Surf reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, including false information, non-compliance, or misuse of the platform.

General Terms for All Users
